Written questionnaires are filled out by employees anonymously, including their job descriptions. The questionnaires are, consequently, evaluated and recommendations made based on these evaluations.
Section XCIII of the Labor Safety Law of 1993 modified January 1, 2008 placed the responsibility of dealing with work-related psychosocial risk factors on the employer and, at the same time, defined these factors.
The Labor Safety Law defines psychosocial risk factors as those conditions in the workplace (i.e., conflicts, scheduling, regulations, job security, etc.) that may influence a worker‘s psychological response and cause stress, accidents and psychosomatic illness.
