Radiológia

The Radiology Department began operating at our Királyhágó Street address on February 1, 2005. The state-of-the-art technology equipment includes a direct digital x-ray system (Swissray), ultrasound machines - the top-category Voluson 730 Expert 3D-4D and the medium category HITACHI 525 - as well as MRI and CT scanners which, together with the densitometer, make complete diagnostic examinations of musculoskeletal illnesses possible on site.

The images and data can be stored with the help of the RIS-PACS Administration system to be retrieved at a later date at the request of the clinical doctor or the patient. The highly skilled staff has made it possible for us to represent numerous radiological profiles and cover the following areas:
  • General radiology, x-ray evaluation, contrast material examinations
  • Pediatric Radiology
  • Obstetrics and Gynecology ultrasound
  • Musculoskeletal ultrasound
  • Biopsies

The Radiology Department is under contract with the Hungarian National Health Insurance Service making it possible for our patients to receive x-ray and ultrasound examinations free of charge with a doctor's referral. X-ray and ultrasound examinations are available between 8 am and 7 pm. An appointment is necessary for the ultrasound.

Suspension of outpatient and inpatient care in non-acute cases

Dear Visitor,

Amidst the current epidemiological situation and in line with the orders of the competent government bodies, the Buda Health Center (BEK Kft.) is suspending its outpatient and inpatient care in non-acute cases with immediate effect.

We will continuously keep our contractual partners posted about how the logistics of the services evolve through the competent experts and those responsible for organising our healthcare provision.

As far as ongoing treatments are concerned, our dispatchers will continuously keep patients posted following the guidance of their respective doctors. Should you have any questions, we recommend contacting your doctor via email through the institute’s email address.

This measure will change based on central orders upon the alleviation of the epidemic.

Sincerely,

Péter Pál Varga, M.D.
General Director
