    Patients' rights.

Our principal goal is to provide highly professional, quality health care with a reliable background support.

Our doctors have outstanding qualifications, they are experienced and have earned recognition with our patients.

In addition to the proper qualifications, we expect our colleagues, nurses, customer relations and customer services personnel to be empathetic and helpful as well as punctual, flexible and keep administration up-to-date.

In keeping with our patient centered approach, we are mindful of all pertinent regulations and respect patients’ rights

If, however, a patient feels that during the course of health care his or her rights have been violated and the patient would like to file a complaint, the possibilities for doing so are as follows:

    • a complaint may be filed with our Patient Representative either in person, in written form or by telephone,

    • a written complaint may be forwarded to the institute’s Director, or,

    • other legal steps taken.

We will examine the complaint and forward our response regarding actions taken within thirty working days, as required by law.
