In order to maintain the high standard of care at the Buda Health Center, doctors, specialists, and staff must meet three criterias: expertise, achievements, and the ability to integrate themselves into the organizational culture. Politeness, empathy, good communication and patience is also expected. The staff members go through several rounds of interviews before being chosen and regular training sessions post selection.
