Prices are for informative purposes only, personal quotation is given in all cases.

The cost of examinations prior to surgery is not included in the price.

The standard pre-operative assessment includes:

  • Laboratory blood and urine tests - 28,000 HUF
    Complete blood count, sedimentation rate, liver function (SGOT, SGPT, GGT), kidney function (urea, creatinine), blood sugar, sodium, potassium, total bilirubin, total protein, INR, prothrombin, CRP
    • General urine test
    • Blood group determination, antibody screening
    • MRSA screening from nasal discharge, general examination
    • MRSA screening from throat swab, general examination
  • Resting ECG (electrocardiography)
  • Laboratory sampling and treatment fee - 6,000 HUF
  • Chest X-ray (two-way) - 22,000 HUF
  • Anesthesiology specialist examination - 43,000 HUF
  • Pelvic MRI scan (native + contrast-enhanced) (for VAAFT minimally invasive anal fistula removal) – HUF 104,000
  • Cardiology specialist examination with echocardiography (for bariatric surgery) – HUF 66,000
  • Gastroenterology specialist examination (for bariatric surgery) – from HUF 43,000
     
  • Gastroscopy under anesthesia (for bariatric surgery) – HUF 155,000
    (a negative result within 1 year is required)

or

  • Gastroscopy without anesthesia (for bariatric surgery) – HUF 95,000
    (a negative result within 1 year is required)
     
  • Pulmonology specialist examination with lung function test (for bariatric surgery) – from HUF 43,000
  • Psychological consultation (for bariatric surgery) – HUF 32,000

Dear Patient,

Please be informed that a one-time Laboratory Sample Collection and Handling Fee of HUF 6,000 will be charged for blood draws and sample submissions.

The surgical package in case of hospital stay includes:

During the pre- and post-operative period, if needed:

  • pharmacological therapy
  • diagnostic tests

Surgical intervention

  • costs of the surgery, general anaesthesia or local anaesthesia
  • hospital care, days of hospitalization ( according to the number of days determined in the package)

Examinations, treatment

  • specialist’s supervision, nursing
  • specialist’s examination at the time of admission and at the time of discharge

Hospitalization at an advanced level

  • staying in a two-bed room with a bathroom (TV, internet connection)
  • advanced level of food service based on individual diet or as recommended by a dietitian
  • use of towel
