Premium Medical Screening

The premium screening examination is primarily recommended for patients who belong to high-risk groups, who are exposed to higher levels of stress, and also for the health assessment of patients over the ages of 40-50 years. Every organ system will be examined by specialists during the full screening examination. In addition to the internal medical examination, the patient will also be examined by a urologist, gynecologist, ophthalmologist, ear-nose-throat specialist, dermatologist, cardiologist, orthopedist, and a dental specialist. The specialists’ examinations will be complemented by full radiological, laboratory, and diagnostic workups. Additional diagnostic workups will be performed to identify the cardiovascular risks, and to screen osteoporosis.

Every specialist will summarize the results of the screening examinations in their own individual medical summary report (taking the results of the diagnostic workups into consideration), then the internal medical specialist who is leading the screening will set up the health plan. The lead internal medical specialist will evaluate the health status on the basis of the specialists’ opinions and the diagnostic workups, and will also provide a recommendation to change the lifestyle, dietary and exercise habits, modify medications or initiate new therapies, perform additional complementary workups and necessary follow-up examinations.

CBC, sedimentation rate, liver functions, kidney function, blood fats, LDL and HDL cholesterols, blood sugar, sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorous, alkaline phosphatase, uric acid, bilirubin, iron, iron binding capacity, urinalysis, fecal blood test (over 40 years), PSA tumor marker (for men over 40 years), TSH test (for women), LDH, Magnesium, Vitamin D (25 oh cholecalciferol test), hypersensitive-CRP test, CEA

• Radiological diagnostic examinations

AP Chest X-Ray, abdominal and pelvic ultrasound, breast diagnostics (ultrasound under 40 years), mammography (over 40 years), dental panorama x-ray (OP), carotid duplex doppler ultrasound (for men above 45 years)

resting 12-lead ECG, bone mass density measurement - Osteodensitometer (ODM) (ultrasound of the heel for women over 40 years), pulmonary function - spirometry

• Cardiovascular risk factor evaluation

arteriography, car diovascular risk evaluation, lower extremity blood flow examination (CW Doppler), echocardiogram (over 40 years)

• Specialty examinations

general physical screening examination, digital rectal examination, dental screening, dermatological screening, ENT screening + tympanometry (instrumental testing), orthopedic screening + podoscopic examination, ophthalmological screening
urological screening, examination of the prostate, gynecological screening examination, cytology, vaginal ultrasound

• Summary report

evaluation of the abnormal results, recommendations for maintaining good health, scheduling treatments

• One-time free finding consultation, counseling

within 90 days after the screening examination, at a separately agreed time, with an internal medicine specialist, in the amount of HUF 40,000
