Optimum Medical Screening

Why would you wait weeks or even months to have every element of a full and comprehensive screening done? Today's fast-paced world requires you to pay close attention to your mental and physical health, as well as to undergo regular screening tests. At the Buda Health Center, the examinations are built on each other in such a way that everything fits in 4-6 hours.

Internal medical examinations and an ECG scan are performed during the screening examination. The internal medical examination is complemented by detailed laboratory and radiological diagnostic examinations, and gynecological, urological, and ophthalmic screenings are also performed. The protocol of our optimum screening examination is complemented in accordance with increased risk factors and professional guidelines for patients over 40 years of age. The internal medical specialist will evaluate the health status and define the recommended actions to be taken in a medical summary report based on the diagnostic test results and the results of other specialists’ examinations along with their own.
 

Content of screening

• General examinations

blood pressure, pulse rate, height, bodyweight, BMI index, waist circumference

• Laboratory examinations

haemogram, sedimentation rate, liver functions, blood fat, LDL-, HDL cholesterol, blood sugar, sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphor, ALP, uric acid, bilirubin, iron, iron binding capacity, urine, stool blood (above 40 years old), PSA-tumor marker (for men above 40'), TSH (for women)

• Radiological diagnostic examinations

Chest X-Ray, abdominal and pelvic ultrasound, complex breast diagnostic (breast ultrasound for women below 40, mammography for women above 40)

• Other diagnostic examinations

ECG (electrocardiograpy, resting 12-lead), osteodensiometry test - ODM (with ultrasound, for women above 40), arteriography

• Specialty examinations

screening - internist / cardiologist, ophthalmological screening, urological and prostate screening - men only, gynaecological screening, cytology, transvaginal ultrasonography - women only

• Summary report

• One-time free finding consultation, counseling

within 90 days after the screening examination, at a separately agreed time, with an internal medicine specialist, in the amount of HUF 40,000

• Additional lab tests with 50% discount on the day of the screening
