Patient safety protocol at Buda Health Center
At the Buda Health Center, we consider the safety of our patients and colleagues to be of utmost importance. We comply with the current provisions in force as much as possible, and use many forms of possible protection against the coronavirus and other upper respiratory tract infections.
Wearing a mask
Wearing a mask is mandatory for patients and their companions entering the institution, except for children under the age of 6 and patients affected by mental health conditions.
During healthcare, wearing a mask is mandatory for our staff in the offices, examination rooms, client areas.
We ask our dear patients to bring a mask with them if they can!
Entry, hand disinfection
The use of hand sanitizer is mandatory for all our patients upon arrival.
A maximum of one main companion per patient is allowed to enter waiting rooms and examinations.
We continue to accept only asymptomatic patients for occupational health examinations and manager screening.
When booking an appointment, please take into account that if you have had a confirmed Covid infection within 5 days prior to the treatment, we will not be able to receive you at our institution.
Air disinfection devices
Air disinfection is an essential addition to effective protection against infections if we want to comply with a high-quality hygiene protocol. The most disinfecting devices (2 pcs. i-air pro and 20 pcs. plasma technology devices) were located at strategic points of the Buda Health Center. They can be found in the waiting rooms and the intensive care unit, as well as in the surgeries of high-risk specialist appointments included in the procedure: otolaryngology, dentistry, but they also operate continuously for surgical appointments.
Disinfection robot
The UVC light emitted by the disinfection robot triggers a photochemical reaction, breaking down the RNA and DNA of microorganisms. The sites of surgical procedures can be cleaned of various bacteria, viruses, yeasts, or molds without the additional use of chemicals or toxic compounds.
Procedural protocol in inpatient care
The Buda Health Center applies the following COVID procedure protocol for inpatient services:
Admission of the patient is subject to the following conditions:
- In the case of a patient coming from a Hungarian healthcare institution, the patient can only be accepted from the transferring institution with a negative rapid test. Attach a photo of the COVID-19 test to the patient's documentation.
