Introduction

My area of subspecialty is epilepsy, but I was frequently attending at a stroke center for 30 years, and in addition to attending for neurology, I also attended for the general site, so besides gaining experience in the care of diseases requiring immediate neurological care, I became proficient at the immediate care of critical conditions related to internal medicine, musculoskeletal diseases, and surgery too.
